Any unopened paper item in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be issued on printed material with the exception of those that are shrink wrapped and in new condition.
All media (DVD or audio CD) cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping. EDGE Success will replace damaged media that is reported upon receiving the item but cannot refund the purchase of media products including DVDs and Audio CD programs.
EDGE Success will refund the returned purchase once items are returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Products that are received damaged or defective must be reported within 10 business days. To report these problems, please send an email to email@example.com or call our customer service number: 801-660-7428. Depending on the type of damage, EDGE Success may pay for the damaged product to be returned in order to problem solve whether the damage was due to a manufacturing or shipping issue. The customer will not be held responsible for shipping out replacement items for products that were received damaged or shipped incorrectly.
EDGE Success is not responsible for any damage caused to products by the misuse or inability to use the products. EDGE Success is not responsible for misordered products or products that the customer no longer wants to keep.
