"Manage or Be Managed"

TRUTH IN MANAGEMENT

By Rod Alan Richardson

The opposite of true is false. To be true then is to not be false. To be false is to lie, or to live in a lie.

The foundation of true is authenticity and loyalty. To be authentic/genuine/true-self builds personal integrity in the eyes of others.

Have you ever notice how much you appreciate being around genuine people? People that are genuine make you feel safe and comfortable.

Eliciting a sense of safety and comfort in others is important for building sustainable business ventures and facilitating lasting strategic partnerships. True represents consistency and consistency/predictability builds trust.

Practice this week being true. Make your words truth. Do exactly what you say you will do. This single act will make your word powerful. It will be predictable. You will be TRUE.

Excellent Edge helps you master Entrepreneurial Management.
